SHIPPING INFO

Shipping Information (US)

*We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding taxes and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories).

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Orders must be placed by noon EST to start processing on the same day, most orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

If your order contains a hazmat item, it will ship ground (2-8 days total delivery time.)

What qualifies as a hazmat item?
Certain items considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, perfumes, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport00, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For P.O. Box addresses, USPS Ground (Parcel Post) is the only shipping method available. Unfortunately, these items cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico

International Shipping

International shipping costs will automatically be calculated based on the weight of your order. All international orders will be shipped through DHL. Unfortunately, we are not legally allowed to ship any hazmat (hazardous materials) internationally, which includes alcohol-based perfumes, nail polishes as well as aerosol cans (such as pressurized hair sprays and certain air fresheners). The customer is also responsible for any additional local taxes or fees levied upon delivery, by their local jurisdiction, for purchasing items outside their country.

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays (UPS orders only):
