Kerry Hessel Skin Care & Wellness prides myself on offering the best care for my clients. Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly enjoyable visit with us.

Booking Appointments

A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. We do not charge your card on file if you follow the 48-hour cancellation policy. You can book an appointment these ways:

Booking online (available 24/7)
Calling or texting (916)534-9203 (available Tues-Sat from 10 am-6 pm)
Use the book now button and make sure all forms are filled out.

Rescheduling

We understand that occasionally emergencies occur, and schedules conflict and you may have to cancel reschedule your appointment. However, we ask that you please give at least a 24-hour notice before canceling or rescheduling. For your convenience, you will be emailed or texted the day before your appointment to confirm, cancel or reschedule.

Failure to give at least a 48-hour notice will result in a $50 charge for your appointment.
